The Spotify team 

YouGrow's Spotify team is made up of a group of passionate musicians or artists and they teamed up with the goal of making the music industry a fairer and safer place. The Spotify team is responsible for all the Spotify orders. Working in our Spotify team, you are the first point of contact. We ensure that all our clients to be treated fairly and directly: we are always going for real and verifiable results and offer a safe service that is used by well-known artists and brands.

What will you do as a Spotify Campaign Manager?

• You are running Spotify promotional campaign for artists and labels;
• You ensure that the campaigns run smoothly by landing music in the most fitting and relevant playlists within the YouGrow network;
• You are managing a portion of YouGrow’s clients and providing a high level of service;
• You are utilizing tools such as Salesforce to manage promotional campaigns.

What do we appreciate from an intern?

• We work with clients all over the world, so you speak excellent English;
• You have an affinity with the music industry;
• It is a plus if you can work well with CRM systems;
• It is a plus if you have experience in client facing roles;
• You are available for at least 32 hours a week;
• You live in Groningen or very close to Groningen;
• You are available starting around January 2027, for at least 6 months.
