    Do I have to send a new song every month?

    Nope! If you don’t provide a new track, we’ll continue re-pitching the same song from your initial campaign. But if you want to promote a different track, just reach out to your campaign manager and we’ll switch it for you.

    Do I have to pay for the first months at once?

    Although our subscription has a minimum duration of two months, you do not need to pay for both months in advance. You’re billed monthly.

    What happens if I don't send a new song?

    If you don't send over a new song before the start of your new campaign, we will use the same song as in your initial order.

    Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Our subscription comes with a minimum 2-month commitment. This means you can’t cancel during the first two months, but after that, you’re free to cancel at any time.

    Is the subscription billed on the same day every month?

    Yes, the amount of your subscription will be charged on the same day every month, until you decide to cancel or pause.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel at any time (after the 2 month period) from you account.
